Theme Park TURKEY Legs at Home!

You don't have to wait until the fair is in town, you can make TURKEY legs anytime!  

Here's a quick and simple way to smoke turkey legs!

Preparation

  • Season liberally with rub or just salt and pepper
  • Smoke at 250-300 degrees until internal temp reads 120.
  • Wrap in foil with beef tallow or butter and return to grill until internal temp reaches 155-160
  • Remove from foil and grill over direct heat until skin is crisped, checking for a final temp of 170-175.
