This is How We Smoke Swordfish

Swordfish is one of our favorite sea meats!

Like all things... we find a way to do it our way. Smoked swordfish is the best! This is our favorite way to make it. Highly recommend.

  • 2lbs Swordfish fillets
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 1lb tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 avocados, pitted
  • BBQ rub of choice


  • Set smoker to 250 degrees
  • Dust Swordfish fillets with BBQ rub and set aside
  • Once smoker is to temp, cook swordfish until temp of 145 is reached
  • Remove from smoker, let rest for a few minutes
  • Assemble as such:
    • Lettuce leaf
    • Fish
    • Onion
    • Tomatoes
    • Avocado
    • Hot Sauce
    • Lime
