We Made A Foot Shaped MEATLOAF On Our Smoker! FOOTLOAF

We made smoked meatloaf... just the gross Halloween version: Footloaf.

Warning this may spook the ghosts and goblins! If you dare make it, you won't be disappointed, it was delicious!

Meatloaf Ingredients 

  • 4 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 egg that I beat up already SPG rub
  • ¾ cup of bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup chili sauce

Preparation

  • We’re running the smoker at 225-250.
  • Should take about 2-3 hours.
  • Just about halfway through the cook, we’ll come back in and glaze with a mix of bbq sauce and hot honey.

 

Jello Shots Ingredients

  • Jell-O Orange Powder Mix
  • Jell-O Grape Powder Mix
  • 4 cups of boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups of cold water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream vodka (Smirnoff was used)
  • 1 cup of champagne
  • ½ cup of unflavored vodka

Preparation

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  • Mix orange gelatin powder with 2 cups of hot water.
  • Once powder has dissolved, mix in 1 cup of cold whipped cream vodka and 1 cold cup of water.
  • Pour mix into 2 oz containers and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or until firm.
  • Mix grape gelatin powder with 2 cups of hot water.
  • Once powder has dissolved, mix 1 cup of cold champagne, ½ cup of cold unflavored vodka, and ½ cup of cold water.
  • Pour mix into 2 oz containers and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or until firm.
