We're Making Some Quick and Delicious Snacks on the Smoker!

Tried and True game day snacks for the big game! Watch us make the crispiest, cheesiest, jalapeño poppers and buffalo cauliflower bites that will deliver on flavor and crunch. Want to see how to make it?

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Bites
    • 1lb Baby Cauliflower Florets
    • Buffalo Wing Sauce (of choice)
    • Seasoning (of choice)
    • Olive Oil
  • Jalapeño Poppers
    • 12-15 Jalapeños, split and deveined
    • 1 block cream cheese
    • 1 8oz pack of shredded cheddar (or choice)
    • 1 pack bacon
    • Seasoning (of choice)

Preparation

  1. Preheat smoker to 250 degrees
  2. In a cast iron skillet or pan, add baby cauliflower florets, drizzle with olive oil and add seasoning.
  3. Cook until brown and just crispy/tender (about 20-30 minutes), then remove and toss in wing sauce of choice
  4. For the jalapeño poppers, after peppers have been split and deseeded, mix together cream cheese and shredded cheese. With a spoon, add to each piece of jalapeño, do not overfill.
  5. Dust with seasoning, then wrap with bacon, securing each bacon slice with a tooth pick
  6. Cook until bacon renders and is crispy, about 20-30 minutes
  7. Remove toothpicks prior to serving
